Ralph is a telekinetic polar bear with cat-like reflexes. With the brain power that allows telekinesis, Ralph is also sentient and capable of communication with humans. However, polar bear vocal chords and lips are not built for any human language, so he usually just listens and either nods or shakes his head and sometimes speaks a dialect of Wookie. Ralph lives in Norway and is considered a bit of a local hero, though he has made some friendly contact with I.C.T.H.I.S. He also loves Coca-Cola because he really relates with their polar bear commercials.
